WHAT DOES OUR SALES DEPARTMENT ACTUALLY DO?
The sales team are real ROY ROBSON specialists. Sizes, cuts, fabrics, colors – they know the product range and collections from the FF. The big goal? To support B2B customers with advice and assistance as well as the right products in the right quantities – so that they are completely satisfied.

THERE IS NO ONE
SALES STYLE AT ROY
ROBSON. AND THAT’S EXACTLY
RIGHT.
“What makes us special? We are a totally colorful bunch. We let everyone be who they are. And that’s the great thing: you don’t have to pretend. Customers feel and appreciate that too.”

ABOUT THE WAY ROY ROBSON UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE
Lisa completed her training as an industrial clerk at ROY ROBSON and discovered her passion for sales early on. She already knew in her second year of training: Sales is exactly her area. This is divided into field sales and internal sales – Lisa now works in internal sales and studies business administration at night school at the same time. She looks after large corporate customers and sales teams in the stores, monitors deliveries and analyzes article performance.
What is your overarching task?
Our aim in sales is to provide our customers with the best possible advice and help them to achieve optimum sales with ROY ROBSON products. In the back office, this means individual support – including targeted advice for specific inquiries. If a retailer is unsure which fit is best for their customer, we are on hand with our expertise. We also process orders, manage replenishment and keep an eye on stock levels. Together with logistics, we ensure smooth delivery. Thanks to the close exchange with our customers, we provide valuable feedback to product management – so practical experience flows directly into the further development of our collections.
What makes the job particularly exciting?
What I really enjoy is the variety that comes with the wide range of tasks. There is a clear structure in sales, which is determined by the new collections every 6 months. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, I work intensively with Excel and our merchandise management system, for example. At the same time, however, I can always bring my creative side to bear – for example in the
creation of fashion guides for our fashion consultants in the stores.
What makes you a team?
Our team stands for great diversity – be it in terms of working methods, experience or personal interests. Some of us have been with the company for over 40 years and pass on their knowledge, while others bring fresh impetus as young talents. We value individuality and create an atmosphere in which everyone can make an authentic contribution. Despite our different paths, we pursue a common goal – and that is what unites us.
What makes ROY ROBSON stand out as an employer?
We offer mobile working, we have flexitime, we live the “Duz” culture. This creates a modern working environment. There is no question barrier, you simply feel comfortable.

ROY ROBSON TOP PICKS
Lisa is particularly fond of the products that she likes to wear herself and that give her a taste for ROY ROBSON comfort. These are mainly knitwear and sneakers . She also has a great love for jackets. That’s why she is always particularly curious when the new collections are presented.
