Sebastian worked for larger corporations for a long time, which is why he found the move to a family business particularly appealing. The paths are shorter here and people are closely connected. That helps to make decisions quickly and on an equal footing. <\/i><\/p>\n<\/i>

What is your overarching task?<\/b><\/p>\n

We are the ones who document all business transactions, deal with the tax office and other authorities and ultimately compile the figures that show how we are doing as a company. Whether we have made a good turnover and profit or not. That’s why we are like the background and the knowledge for important decisions. Or reason in figures, for maximum planning security. And not just for the management, but for all departments. <\/p>\n


What makes the job particularly exciting?<\/b>
Sometimes what we do sounds very dry. But it doesn’t have to be. Our work is strongly focused on the product. That’s why we work a lot with sales and product management. This involves questions such as: “What pricing can we afford for <\/p>\n

our products allow?” or “Which price position is the right one for retailers?”. One example: We can assess quite quickly whether the suits that we manufacture in our production facility are financially viable. There are of course the production costs, but also the delivery. And the fashion house also wants to earn something. We keep an eye on the budgets, can estimate what the margins are and let them know if things are getting tight somewhere. We have a very high quality standard, so it’s important that we can afford it.<\/p>\n


What makes you a team?
<\/b>We always want to be fast and up-to-date and not make any mistakes. That’s why we have to deal with issues in a focused and careful manner. There is not much leeway in our work when it comes to certain things. But what is very important is that we want to keep things relaxed. We are not a department where everyone works for themselves. I think it’s nice to chat more often. We want a nice working atmosphere. And interpret the whole topic of finance as modern as possible, not as old and dusty as it used to be. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
